Hey all, just wanted to let you know that work has officially begun today on The Oath of the Blade. The plot is worked out, the end point decided, and now the seal has been cracked. I’m 3,591 words into what I’m anticipating will be a manuscript of around 160,000 words. That being said, the length will fluctuate as I get deeper into the project.
Speaking of word counts, you can now come to my website at any time, find out what project I’m currently writing, and check my progress. Wondering when the next book will be out, or what I’m working on? No problemo, kemosabe–you can just check out the front page of my website, or any page of my website, and the progress bar will be at the bottom.
Right now, barring any huge life events or rocks in the road, you can start looking for The Oath of the Blade to be finished around the end of October, so anticipate a November release. If you’re ever curious as to my progress, just come check it out.
Subscribers–the call for beta readers will go out soon. I’m taking at least twenty this time, so if you want your name on the list, keep an eye on your inbox for updates. If you’re not a subscriber to the Conclave, my mailing list, and you want to be a beta reader, then what are you waiting for?
Becoming a Conclave member will also get you the new Seven Signs novella, The Killings at Rockman’s Ford. I know you want more Seven Signs in your life. So don’t be scared, subscribe today.
Much love and respect. I’ll type to you all soon.
